Continuing airworthiness and Part-145 MRO under one system
Manage airworthiness, task cards, AD and SB compliance and life-limited parts with the audit trail DGCA CAR-145 and CAR M expect. Elite Tech Corporation configures Zoho and custom AWS into CAMO and Part-145 MRO software for Indian maintenance organisations.
One platform, built on the tools aerospace & defence manufacturers already trust, Zoho Advanced Partner + custom development on AWS
Made for CAMO & Part-145 operations
From Bengaluru’s HAL, ISRO, DRDO cluster to Hyderabad, Nashik and Kanpur, Elite Tech configures Zoho for the way Indian A&D manufacturers actually build.
Airworthiness and maintenance control in one MRO platform
Continuing airworthiness is unforgiving of gaps. A missed airworthiness directive, a life-limited part flown past its limit, or a maintenance record that cannot be produced on demand is not a paperwork problem, it is a grounding and a regulatory finding. Yet many Indian CAMO and Part-145 organisations still juggle maintenance programmes, task cards and component histories across binders and disconnected spreadsheets.
Elite Tech Corporation, a Zoho Advanced Partner, configures Zoho and extends it with custom applications on AWS to bring continuing airworthiness management and Part-145 maintenance execution into one traceable system. Aircraft and component status, the approved maintenance programme, AD and SB compliance, task cards and release to service all share a single, auditable record set aligned to DGCA CAR-145 and CAR M.
We do not sell our own ERP. We implement configured Zoho tuned to your approved maintenance programme, your capability list and your quality procedures, so a Bangalore-based maintenance organisation can show a DGCA auditor a continuous chain from a raised defect to a signed CRS, and keep every life-limited component honest to the hour and cycle.
What the CAMO and Part-145 system manages
Every module built into one configured Zoho plus custom AWS platform, from RFQ and BOM to inspection, dispatch and MRO.
Continuing airworthiness records
Aircraft, engine and APU status, hours, cycles and calendar limits are held live, so current airworthiness and next-due maintenance are always known and provable.
Continuing airworthiness recordsApproved maintenance programme
The AMP is modelled with tasks, intervals and thresholds, forecasting due and forecast checks so planning is driven by the programme, not by memory.
Approved maintenance programmeAD and SB compliance
Airworthiness directives and service bulletins are logged with applicability, method of compliance and recurring intervals, closing each out with evidence and next-due tracking.
AD and SBLife-limited parts control
Life-limited and hard-time components track remaining hours, cycles and calendar life against limits, with alerts well before a part reaches removal.
Life-limited parts controlTask cards and work packages
Maintenance is executed on controlled task cards grouped into work packages, capturing steps, sign-offs, tooling and independent inspection where required.
Task cards andDefect and rectification control
Reported defects, deferrals under the MEL and rectifications are tracked to closure, so no open item slips past its allowable deferral period.
Defect and rectificationComponent tracking and rotables
Serial-level fitment, removal, shelf life and repair history follow every rotable, so a component's full pedigree travels with it across installations.
Component tracking andCertificate of release to service
CRS is issued only when the work package, inspections and part status are complete and signed by authorised certifying staff, with a locked audit trail.
Certificate of releaseCAMO & Part-145 MRO Software, one connected platform

How a maintenance event runs from planning to release
One connected flow from enquiry to dispatch and aftermarket, every stage captured against the order and the serial.
Forecast from the AMP
The approved maintenance programme forecasts due and upcoming tasks by hours, cycles and calendar, so checks are planned before they fall due.
Step 1Screen AD and SB
Applicable airworthiness directives and service bulletins are screened against the aircraft and components and folded into the planned work scope.
Step 2Build the work package
Scheduled tasks, open defects, AD and SB actions and out-of-phase items are grouped into a work package with the required task cards attached.
Step 3Plan resources and parts
Certifying staff, tooling, facilities and material are reserved, and life-limited and rotable parts are checked for availability and remaining life.
Step 4Execute task cards
Technicians work the controlled task cards, recording steps, measurements, part changes and stage sign-offs as the maintenance is performed.
Step 5Independent inspection
Required independent and duplicate inspections are captured against the task by authorised staff, enforcing the double-check the procedure demands.
Step 6Update component status
Fitments, removals and life used are posted, so component hours, cycles and life-limited status stay accurate the moment work is signed off.
Step 7Issue the CRS
Once the package, inspections and part status are complete, authorised certifying staff issue the certificate of release to service against a locked record.
Step 8Return and archive
The aircraft returns to service, updated airworthiness status is published, and the complete maintenance record is retained for the regulated period.
Step 9Two workflows, one connected platform
The manufacturing heart and the sales journey, side by side. Click any stage to walk through exactly what happens at that step.
The manufacturing heart
Machining & special processes
Structural fittings, brackets, shafts and engine parts machined on 5-axis against per-part routings, with standard times, first-piece approval and NADCAP special-process control.
Stage 1 of 5Per-part routings
Standard times set for every operation.
First-piece approval
Sign-off before the batch runs.
Special processes
Heat-treat, plating, NDT tracked.
Sub-assembly
Wiring harnesses, avionics modules and composite lay-ups are built and checked before they feed the main integration line.
Stage 2 of 5Harness & composites
Sub-assemblies built to spec.
Pre-join inspection
Checked before joining the line.
Reserved to job
Components allocated to the order.
Integration
Structural mating, systems installation, torque-controlled fastening and fluid fill. The structured serial number is born here.
Stage 3 of 5Mating & fastening
