Aerospace Inventory and Stores Management Software
From goods receipt and incoming inspection, to a part put away by lot, serial and bin, to FIFO issue against a kit, to shelf-life alerts, bonded segregation and a cycle count that actually reconciles, Elite Tech runs your aerospace stores on configured Zoho plus custom AWS.
One platform, built on the tools aerospace & defence manufacturers already trust, Zoho Advanced Partner + custom development on AWS
Made for aerospace stores & inventory
From Bengaluru’s HAL, ISRO, DRDO cluster to Hyderabad, Nashik and Kanpur, Elite Tech configures Zoho for the way Indian A&D manufacturers actually build.
The stores is where traceability is won or lost
In aerospace, the stores is not a warehouse of anonymous boxes. Every fastener has a lot, every rotable has a serial, every sealant and O-ring has a cure date and an expiry, and every part has a bin it belongs in and a condition status that says whether it can be issued. Miss the shelf life on an adhesive, issue the wrong lot to a build, or let a quarantined part slip back into free stock, and the cost is a rejected assembly or a traceability gap that a prime contractor will not accept.
Elite Tech Corporation is a Zoho Advanced Partner. We do not sell an inventory product of our own. We configure Zoho and build custom AWS services so lot and serial control, bin management, FIFO issue, shelf-life, bonded and quarantine stores and cycle counting run as one connected system built for how aerospace stores are actually managed in Karnataka.
The result is a stores you can trust. A part is received against its purchase order, inspected, put away with full identity, and issued under FIFO to the exact kit that needs it, while expired, quarantined and export-controlled stock is held apart. Cycle counts reconcile because every movement is captured, so when an auditor or a build asks where a lot went, the system answers to the bin.
Everything an aerospace stores needs, built in
Every module built into one configured Zoho plus custom AWS platform, from RFQ and BOM to inspection, dispatch and MRO.
Lot and serial control
Track consumables by lot and rotables by serial from receipt to issue, so any part on a build can be traced back to its supplier, certificate and goods receipt note.
Lot and serialBin and location management
Every item has a defined bin and store location. Put-away and picking are directed to the bin, so stock is found where the system says it is, not searched for.
Bin and locationFIFO and FEFO issue
Issue oldest stock first, or earliest expiry first for shelf-life items, enforced at pick so a newer lot cannot be taken while older conforming stock remains.
FIFO and FEFOShelf-life and cure-date control
Adhesives, sealants, paints and elastomers carry manufacture, cure and expiry dates with alerts ahead of expiry. Out-of-life stock is blocked from issue automatically.
Shelf-life and cure-dateBonded and quarantine stores
Incoming, quarantine, bonded and free stock are held as distinct statuses. A part cannot move to free issue until inspection passes, and rejected stock is segregated.
Bonded and quarantineGoods receipt and incoming inspection
Receive against the purchase order, capture certificates of conformance, and route parts through incoming inspection before they become available to the shop.
Goods receipt andCycle counting and stock accuracy
Schedule ABC-driven cycle counts, record counts against system quantity by bin, and investigate variances so annual stock-take stops being a shutdown event.
Cycle counting andFOD, ESD and export-control segregation
Handle foreign-object-damage sensitive and ESD items with the right controls, and segregate export-controlled stock so restricted parts are issued only against authority.
FOD, ESD andLot · Serial · Bin · FIFO · Shelf-Life · Bonded Stores, one connected platform

How a part moves through the stores
One connected flow from enquiry to dispatch and aftermarket, every stage captured against the order and the serial.
Goods receipt
Deliveries are received against the purchase order, quantities checked and certificates of conformance captured, with the part placed into incoming status.
Step 1Incoming inspection
Parts are inspected to requirement, gauges used are traceable to calibration, and only accepted stock is released from incoming toward put-away.
Step 2Identity and labelling
Lot or serial identity is assigned, shelf-life dates recorded where relevant, and a label ties the physical part to its stores record.
Step 3Directed put-away
The part is put away to its defined bin and location, with condition status set so free, quarantine and bonded stock are never mixed.
Step 4Shelf-life monitoring
For time-limited items the system tracks expiry and raises alerts ahead of time, blocking out-of-life stock from being issued to a build.
Step 5Kitting and picking
Pick lists are raised for a work order or shipset, FIFO or FEFO is enforced at the bin, and picked quantities are confirmed against the kit.
Step 6Issue and consumption
Stock is issued to the job with lot and serial recorded against the build, so consumption is traceable and balances update in real time.
Step 7Cycle count and reconciliation
Scheduled cycle counts compare physical to system quantity by bin, variances are investigated and adjustments are controlled and audited.
Step 8Returns and disposition
Unused or rejected stock is returned, dispositioned to quarantine or scrap as required, and its status and location are updated so nothing rejected slips back to free issue.
Step 9Two workflows, one connected platform
The manufacturing heart and the sales journey, side by side. Click any stage to walk through exactly what happens at that step.
The manufacturing heart
Machining & special processes
Structural fittings, brackets, shafts and engine parts machined on 5-axis against per-part routings, with standard times, first-piece approval and NADCAP special-process control.
Stage 1 of 5Per-part routings
Standard times set for every operation.
First-piece approval
Sign-off before the batch runs.
Special processes
Heat-treat, plating, NDT tracked.
Sub-assembly
Wiring harnesses, avionics modules and composite lay-ups are built and checked before they feed the main integration line.
Stage 2 of 5Harness & composites
Sub-assemblies built to spec.
Pre-join inspection
Checked before joining the line.
Reserved to job
Components allocated to the order.
Integration
Structural mating, systems installation, torque-controlled fastening and fluid fill. The structured serial number is born here.
Stage 3 of 5Mating & fastening

Stage 5 of 5DGAQA / CEMILAC
Airworthiness data reviewed.
Rework loop
Back to the right station.
CoC handover
Certificate, then to dispatch.
The RFQ-to-invoice journey
The RFQ lands
An RFQ or tender, for example a machined titanium bracket, qty 200 to drawing rev C, auto-creates a lead with source, part and programme tagged.

Programme routing
Auto-assigned to the right rep.
Duplicate check
One clean, de-duplicated lead.
The rep calls, one click

Why Elite Tech Corporation
A complete Zoho and AWS partner that builds the custom apps generic ERPs cannot, purpose fitted to how your team actually sells and builds.
We configure, we do not resell a box
As a Zoho Advanced Partner we tailor Zoho and build custom AWS around your stores practice, so the system fits your bins, statuses and traceability rather than the reverse.
Traceability to the bin
Lot, serial, condition and location are captured on every movement, so the question of where a lot went is always answered to the exact bin and build.
Shelf-life that cannot be overridden
Expiry and cure dates are enforced at issue, not left to the storeman to remember, so out-of-life adhesives and sealants simply cannot reach a build.
Rooted in Bangalore
Our consultants are in Bengaluru, close to the HAL, ISRO and aerospace supplier ecosystem, available for on-site work during stores setup and audits.
One platform, no silos
Receipt, inspection, storage, issue, cycle counting and valuation live in one connected system, ending the gap between the stores card and the accounts.
