Inventory Management for Pump Manufacturers: Cutting WIP and Stockouts

Most pump plants carry too much of the wrong stock and too little of the right stock at the same time. Both problems have the same root cause, and both are fixable without risking a single dispatch.

Why pump plants carry the wrong stock
