Step 1: Lead Generation & CRM Automation

- In the widget:
- Scrum Master assigned
- Project Details filled
- Deadlines were set
- Projects were created automatically in Zoho Sprints and assigned to teams.
Step 6: Project Completion and Contract Signing
- Upon project completion:
- A Completion Contract Document was automatically generated and sent to the client via Zoho Sign.
- Client details were pre-filled dynamically.
- Once signed, project status updates happened in both Zoho CRM and Zoho Sprints automatically.

- If full payment was received initially → Deal moved to Completed Stage.
- If partial payment was pending → Moved into Pending Payment Process.
- Upon receipt of the balance amount, the deal was marked as Closed Won in Zoho CRM.
