ERP for Armoured Vehicles and Defence Land-Systems Manufacturing
From the bulk order a defence PSU or the Ministry places, to armour plate cutting and qualified welding, to powerpack integration and the DGQA hold point, to every spare provisioned by chassis number, Elite Tech runs your land-systems programme on configured Zoho plus custom AWS.
One platform, built on the tools aerospace & defence manufacturers already trust, Zoho Advanced Partner + custom development on AWS
Made for armoured vehicles & land systems
From Bengaluru’s HAL, ISRO, DRDO cluster to Hyderabad, Nashik and Kanpur, Elite Tech configures Zoho for the way Indian A&D manufacturers actually build.
Volume builds that stay traceable to the individual vehicle
Armoured vehicle manufacturing is a contradiction the shop floor has to resolve every day. Orders arrive in bulk, a batch of infantry mobility vehicles or a run of turret assemblies, yet each vehicle must be traceable to its own chassis number, its own armour heat, its own welder and its own DGQA acceptance. Manage that with paper travellers and disconnected spreadsheets and you lose the thread the moment a field defect asks which vehicles share the same suspect weld lot.
Elite Tech Corporation is a Zoho Advanced Partner. We do not sell a defence ERP product. We configure Zoho and build custom AWS services so bulk order planning, hull and turret build, weld and armour control, DGQA inspection and after-sales spares run as one connected system tuned to how land-systems are actually built in Karnataka.
The outcome is control at both levels. Programme managers see the order, the build schedule and indigenous content roll up across the batch, while quality and service can drill into a single chassis number and see its armour material, weld records, integration checks and DGQA sign-offs. When a spare is ordered or an audit lands, the answer is in the system, not in someone's memory.
Every function a land-systems plant needs, built in
Every module built into one configured Zoho plus custom AWS platform, from RFQ and BOM to inspection, dispatch and MRO.
Bulk order and build planning
Break a bulk defence order into a scheduled build line of individual chassis, each with its own configuration, milestones and delivery slot, while the programme view rolls up quantity, value and progress.
Bulk order andArmour plate and material control
Rolled homogeneous and composite armour tracked by heat and mill certificate, reserved to a chassis, with cutting and nesting recorded so every plate on a vehicle is traceable to its source.
Armour plate andWelding qualification and records
WPS and PQR control, welder qualification currency and per-joint weld logs, so only qualified welders run controlled joints and every armour weld carries its record.
Welding qualification andHull and turret assembly
Structured build of hull, turret and sub-assemblies against multi-level BOMs, with station routings, torque-controlled fastening and the chassis serial assigned at the defined stage.
Hull and turretPowerpack and drivetrain integration
Engine, transmission, road wheels, tracks and suspension fitted and configuration-controlled, with functional checks and running tests logged against the vehicle.
Powerpack and drivetrainDGQA inspection and hold points
Government quality assurance stages modelled as mandatory hold points. A vehicle cannot advance past a DGQA gate until the inspection is recorded and accepted.
DGQA inspection andIndigenous content and DPP compliance
Track indigenous content by value against procurement category targets, with the vendor and origin records that defence acquisition and offset obligations require.
Indigenous content andSpares, ILS and field support
Provision spares and manage repair and overhaul by chassis number, so a unit in the field is supported against the exact configuration it was delivered with.
Spares, ILS andHull · Turret · Armour · Drivetrain · Bulk Build, one connected platform
Elite Tech Corporation does not build aircraft. We build the ERP and CRM software that runs aerospace and defence manufacturers, one connected system that carries an RFQ all the way to a certified, dispatched assembly and an MRO order years later.

How a vehicle moves from order to fielding
One connected flow from enquiry to dispatch and aftermarket, every stage captured against the order and the serial.
Order intake and breakdown
A bulk order or contract is captured, its quantity and configuration confirmed, and the batch is broken into individual chassis records with milestones and delivery dates.
Step 1Material and long-lead procurement
Armour plate, powerpacks and long-lead assemblies are ordered with indigenous-content and vendor origin captured, and stock is reserved to specific chassis.
Step 2Cutting and fabrication
Armour and structural plate is cut and nested against the drawing, each piece tied to its heat and mill certificate for full material traceability.
Step 3Qualified welding
Hull and structural welding runs against approved WPS by qualified welders, with weld logs and NDT of critical joints recorded per vehicle.
Step 4Hull and turret build
Structural assembly proceeds through station routings, fastening is torque controlled and logged, and the chassis serial number is born at the defined stage.
Step 5Powerpack integration
Engine, transmission, running gear and systems are installed and configuration controlled, with fit and interface checks captured against the chassis.
Step 6Functional and running trials
Mobility, systems and acceptance trials are run and results recorded, with any defect raised and closed before the vehicle presents for inspection.
Step 7DGQA acceptance
The vehicle is presented at the government quality hold point. Inspection results and acceptance are recorded, and only an accepted vehicle can proceed to dispatch.
Step 8Dispatch and in-service support
The vehicle is delivered with its as-built record, and spares, warranty and overhaul are then managed against its chassis number throughout service life.
Step 9Two workflows, one connected platform
The manufacturing heart and the sales journey, side by side. Click any stage to walk through exactly what happens at that step.
The manufacturing heart
Machining & special processes
Structural fittings, brackets, shafts and engine parts machined on 5-axis against per-part routings, with standard times, first-piece approval and NADCAP special-process control.
Stage 1 of 5Per-part routings
Standard times set for every operation.
First-piece approval
Sign-off before the batch runs.
Special processes
Heat-treat, plating, NDT tracked.
Sub-assembly
Wiring harnesses, avionics modules and composite lay-ups are built and checked before they feed the main integration line.
Stage 2 of 5Harness & composites
Sub-assemblies built to spec.
Pre-join inspection
Checked before joining the line.
Reserved to job
Components allocated to the order.
Integration
Structural mating, systems installation, torque-controlled fastening and fluid fill. The structured serial number is born here.
Stage 3 of 5Mating & fastening
Torque-controlled and logged.
Systems install
Fitted and filled to spec.
Serial genesis
Lifelong serial number assigned.
Inspection

e-Certificate
Digital certificate per serial.
Airworthiness sign-off

Stage 5 of 5DGAQA / CEMILAC
Airworthiness data reviewed.
Rework loop
Back to the right station.
CoC handover
Certificate, then to dispatch.
The RFQ-to-invoice journey

Programme routing
Auto-assigned to the right rep.
Duplicate check
One clean, de-duplicated lead.
The rep calls, one click

Why Elite Tech Corporation
A complete Zoho and AWS partner that builds the custom apps generic ERPs cannot, purpose fitted to how your team actually sells and builds.
We configure, we do not resell a box
As a Zoho Advanced Partner we tailor Zoho and build custom AWS around your build line and configuration rules, so the ERP fits how you make vehicles, not the reverse.
We understand batch versus vehicle
We design for the real tension of land-systems: plan and cost in bulk, yet keep every armour heat, weld and DGQA sign-off traceable to one chassis number.
Defence discipline built in
WPS and PQR control, DGQA hold points, indigenous content and configuration management are modelled as first-class parts of the workflow, not afterthoughts.
Rooted in Bangalore
Our consultants are in Bengaluru, close to the DRDO, CVRDE and defence PSU ecosystem, available for on-site work through build ramp and audits.
One platform, no silos
Planning, material, welding, integration, DGQA and after-sales spares live in one connected system, ending the gaps where traceability normally breaks.
