Founder & CEO
Elite Tech Corporation

I’m Ikramulkarim, the Founder and CEO of Elite Tech Corporation, formerly known as Elite Tech Park. With over 8 years of experience in Zoho technologies and full-stack development, my journey has been anything but traditional and that’s exactly what makes it real.

Ikram's Journey...

Ikram founder of Elite Tech Corp

My story begins as an average engineering student not a rank holder, with a few arrears but with a strong instinct for problem-solving and coding.

The turning point came in my third year of college when I attended a Zoho Creator workshop. Intrigued, I dove in, and that curiosity led me to a competition where I placed among the top across India.

From there, I landed my first job in Pune in 2018 and later got the opportunity to work with global clients. I worked across multiple companies and began expanding my skillset and network.

Then came the pandemic and with it, a decision that changed everything: I left my job and started freelancing. It was key to working with many companies and partners. It was during this time that I truly evolved. Freelancing wasn’t just about coding it pushed me into wearing multiple hats: Salesperson, Junior Developer, Senior Developer, Tester, Project Manager, Delivery Manager. These weren’t just job titles they were survival roles, necessary transitions I made to get the work done, serve clients, and grow on my own terms.

With nothing but a chair, a table, and a drive to execute, I registered Elite Tech Park. No team just clarity, grit, and a vision. That company, built during one of the most uncertain times in history, became the seed of something greater.

Of course, it wasn’t smooth. I’ve faced failures both small and major. Missed deadlines, wrong hires, business losses, and personal burnout. But every mistake taught me something. And I never stopped building.

Today, we’ve evolved into Elite Tech Corporation a name that reflects our bigger ambition: to be a top-tier IT services company, known for execution, clarity, and real impact.

What inspired me to start Elite Tech Corporation?

Start of Elite Tech Corp-Ikram

It was a mix of frustration, ambition and a deep belief that I could do better not just for myself, but for clients and for the kind of tech culture I wanted to build.

That independence gave me the confidence to start Elite Tech Park. I didn’t have a big office or funding just a chair, a table, and a relentless drive. I wanted to build a company that clients could trust, where developers genuinely cared about the outcome, and where being a Tech Partner wasn’t just a tagline, but a real commitment..

Over time,Elite Tech Park evolved into Elite Tech Corporation, focused on delivering high-quality, execution-driven IT services. Later, recognizing global demand and the need for specialized solutions, I launched a separate entity Elite Tech Global with a broader mission and global outreach. Both entities were born from the same core vision: to be lean, honest, execution-focused, and always one step ahead.

What’s my leadership style?

Leadership style-Ikram

Hands-on. Direct. Accountable. Committed.

I’m not the kind of leader who just delegates and disappears. I believe in leading from the front whether that means diving into code, handling a tough client call, or figuring out why a delivery is delayed.

My leadership style is built on three pillars:

  • Ownership: I don’t pretend to know everything; no one does. But if you take on a job, you commit 100%. You don’t just “work on a task,” you own the outcome.
  • Clarity: No fluff, no politics. I say what I mean, and I expect the same in return. Clear communication builds strong teams.
  • Growth: I give people space to grow, experiment, and even fail as long as they learn fast and bounce back stronger.

I’ve worn every hat junior dev, tester, team lead so I know what it’s like on the ground. That’s why I stay approachable, but I don’t sugarcoat. I challenge my team to be better because I hold myself to that same standard every day.

For me, leadership isn’t about hierarchy. It’s about alignment, accountability, and trust.
