Step 1: Lead Capture from Shopify

  • Multiple category-specific forms were created on the Shopify website.

Step 2: Contact Creation and B2B/B2C Segmentation

  • Upon lead qualification:
    • B2C leads went through standard Shopify order flow.
    • B2B leads were processed manually for volume or pricing discussions.
  • Contact information was automatically created in Zoho Inventory via CRM automation.
  • Zoho Inventory became the centralized customer database.

    • If inventory is low, vendor coordination happens manually.
    • Once confirmed, a sales order is created, then invoiced.

  • A custom module called “Data Sync Logs” was built in Zoho CRM.
