Talk to SalesHow long does implementation take?
Your ERP is live in about 45 days, across seven stages. Multi unit or heavily customised rollouts take longer, and we say so during scoping rather than after signing.
Do we have to move everything at once?
No. Most businesses start with the two or three modules where duplicate entry hurts most, then switch the rest on once those are trusted. Nothing needs migrating twice.
Does it handle GST and e-invoicing?
GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filing, e-invoice IRN generation and e-way bills are built in, with GSTR-2B reconciliation against your purchase register.
What happens to our existing data?
Item masters, BOMs, open orders, stock balances and party records are migrated and reconciled during the test stage. You sign off that reconciliation before go live.
Can we change things ourselves afterwards?
Fields, layouts, validations, approval rules and reports are configurable in the product. Deeper changes go through us, and we tell you which is which before you commit.
Can we run more than one plant?
Multi unit is included from the Enterprise plan, with consolidated reporting and inter unit transfers, and each unit keeping its own stores, costing and statutory registers.
What if we decide to leave?
Your data is yours. You can export it in a documented format at any point, without raising a request or waiting for a release.
