Four Zoho Apps. One Employee Record.
Zoho Recruit, People, Payroll and Expense, implemented together as one bundle. A candidate you hire becomes the employee you onboard, pay and reimburse, without anyone typing the same name twice.

One Team Owns Your Hiring, HR, Payroll
and Expenses, End to End
When four apps are set up by four different vendors, the gaps between them become your problem. With the bundle, the same consultants design all four, so the hand-offs are part of the plan.
Not Four Subscriptions. One HR System That Happens to Have Four Apps.
Zoho HRMS is how we deliver Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, Zoho Payroll and Zoho Expense as a single implementation. Each app does its own job well. The bundle makes sure they share one employee, one set of policies and one version of the numbers.
You can start with all four or phase them in. Either way, the integrations are designed on day one, not bolted on later.
The test we build to: if finance, HR and the hiring manager each open the employee record, they all see the same salary, the same joining date and the same leave balance.
Onboarding, attendance, leave, shifts, timesheets, performance and exit.
Salary structures, EPF, ESI, PT, TDS, payslips, Form 16 and settlements.
Receipt scanning, travel, mileage, corporate cards and policy checks.
Who owns the employee file?
Ask four teams and you will get four confident answers. Nobody is wrong. The record simply lives in four places, and every month someone has to make them agree.
"The CV and offer are in my inbox, somewhere after the interview thread."
"Their documents are on the shared drive. Leave is in the other sheet."
"I have their salary in last month's workbook. It might not match HR."
"Their travel claim is a photo on WhatsApp, still waiting on approval."
Follow One Employee Through All Four Apps
These are the six moments every employee passes through. The bundle connects them, so each app starts from what the previous one already knows.
Hire
RecruitOffer accepted. The candidate's details are already complete.
Onboard
PeopleThe same record becomes an employee, and pre-boarding starts on the joining date.
Attend
PeopleBiometric, web or mobile check-in, with leave checked against your own policy.
Pay
PayrollLocked attendance flows in. EPF, ESI, PT and TDS are calculated, not re-keyed.
Reimburse
ExpenseApproved claims ride along with salary, taxed the right way.
Exit
People + PayrollClearance, recoveries and full and final settlement from one record.
Recruit hands over to People
Offer, documents and joining date arrive with the new hire. HR does not start from a blank form.
People hands over to Payroll
Attendance, leave and LOP are locked for the period, then payroll reads them directly.
Expense hands over to Payroll
Approved reimbursements are added to the pay run instead of being paid out on the side.
Pick an App. See What It Adds to the Bundle
Each app is a complete product on its own. In the bundle, every feature below also feeds the shared employee record.
Where every hire begins
Source, screen and hire in one pipeline, then hand a complete candidate straight to HR.
Multi-board publishing
One opening goes to job boards and your branded career site at once.
Hiring blueprints
Each stage moves on your rules, not on someone remembering to update it.
Resume parsing
CVs from email and portals become searchable candidate profiles.
Interview scheduling
Panels are booked against real calendar availability, with feedback forms attached.
Offer management
Offers generated from templates, approved and e-signed on the candidate record.
Hand-off to People
A hired candidate becomes an employee record without re-entry.
Where the record lives
The employee file every other app reads from: documents, attendance, leave, performance and exit.
Onboarding on the joining date
Forms, policies and induction tasks are assigned automatically.
Attendance at source
Biometric, web, mobile and geo check-in, with shift rules built in.
Leave to your policy
Casual, sick, earned, comp-off and LOP accrue exactly as written.
Shifts and timesheets
Rotational rosters, swaps and billable time on projects.
Performance and 9-box
Goals, reviews and appraisal cycles that close on time.
Employee self service
Payslips, letters and policies without emailing HR.
Where the record gets paid
Compliant Indian payroll that starts from attendance you already trust.
Salary structures
Components, formulas and limits instead of copied workbooks.
EPF, ESI, PT and TDS
Calculated against your own registrations and statutory limits.
Tax declarations
Employees submit proofs on self service, and TDS adjusts itself.
Approval before payout
Variance alerts flag anything unusual before money moves.
Direct deposit and Form 16
Salaries credited, certificates issued, journals posted to Zoho Books.
Full and final
Leave encashment, recoveries and final TDS in one statement.
Where spend gets settled
Claims checked against policy before approval, then paid through payroll.
AI receipt scanning
Merchant, date, tax and amount read the moment a receipt is captured.
Policy before approval
Limits and duplicates are caught before an approver sees the claim.
Card reconciliation
Corporate card feeds matched to receipts automatically.
Mileage and per diem
GPS distance, policy rates and petty cash floats.
GST input credit
GSTIN captured and verified, so credit is actually claimed.
Paid with salary
Approved claims flow into Zoho Payroll as reimbursements.
Why Elite Tech Corp for the Whole Bundle
A bundle only works if someone designs the gaps between the apps. We do that first, then configure each app to fit, then prove the whole chain on your real data.
- Map the employee journeyFrom requisition to exit, across all four teams, as it runs today.
- Collect the rulesLeave, attendance, pay structures, expense limits and approval hierarchies, written down once.
- Design the hand-offsWhat moves from Recruit to People, People to Payroll and Expense to Payroll, and when.
- Configure each appEntities, roles, workflows and templates built to the shared design.
- Migrate and reconcileEmployee masters, balances, salary history and open claims moved and matched.
- Parallel runOne full cycle, hire to payslip, checked against your current records.
- Role-based trainingRecruiters, HR, managers, finance and employees, each on their own screens.
- First month-end, togetherWe stay through the first payroll close, then move to ongoing support.
The Journeys That Only Work When the Apps Talk
Single apps automate single tasks. These six everyday situations cross two or more apps, and that is where the bundle earns its keep.
Offer letter to first payslip
A new hire, paid correctly in their very first month.
- Recruit: the offer is signed with salary and joining date.
- People: the record opens, documents and bank details are collected.
- Payroll: the salary structure is applied, with pro-rata pay for the joining month.
Outcome: no joiner form, no salary re-entry, no first-month correction.
Attendance to pay run
Month end without the attendance spreadsheet.
- People: punches, regularisations and leave settle during the month.
- People: HR locks the period once exceptions are cleared.
- Payroll: LOP and overtime flow in, then variance checks run before approval.
Outcome: the pay run starts from numbers nobody has to re-check.
Site visit to reimbursed
A field claim paid in the same cycle, not the next quarter.
- Expense: the receipt is scanned on site, with GPS mileage attached.
- Expense: policy limits are checked, then the manager approves on mobile.
- Payroll: the claim is added to salary as a reimbursement component.
Outcome: one payout, the right tax treatment, and a trail finance can audit.
Internal referral to reward
Referral bonuses that actually reach the employee.
- Recruit: an employee refers a candidate who gets hired.
- People: the new joiner completes probation on the record.
- Payroll: the referral bonus is paid through salary, with the right tax treatment.
Outcome: referrals that are traceable from submission to payout.
Resignation to full and final
An exit that closes on the committed date.
- People: resignation, notice and department clearances are tracked.
- Expense: open advances and pending claims are settled or recovered.
- Payroll: leave encashment, recoveries and final TDS go into one statement.
Outcome: no dues discovered after the employee has left.
Headcount to board pack
One number leadership can trust.
- Recruit: open roles and time to hire.
- People: headcount, attrition and tenure.
- Payroll: cost per department from the same employee list.
Outcome: hiring, HR and finance report from one list of people.

Zoho HRMS Bundle FAQ
The questions HR and finance teams ask us before they commit to all four apps.
We will map your employee journey and tell you which apps earn their place.
Talk to a ConsultantIt is our implementation of Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, Zoho Payroll and Zoho Expense as one connected system. You get the four Zoho apps, plus the design, configuration, integration, data migration and training that make them work as one.
No. Every bundle starts with People and Payroll, and you can add Recruit or Expense to it. If you want both, or add one later, the integrations are planned upfront, so a new app does not mean redoing the ones already live.
The apps are the same. The difference is design. When each app is set up on its own, the hand-offs between them are left for later. In the bundle, data moving from Recruit to People, People to Payroll and Expense to Payroll is designed and tested before go-live.
Yes. Zoho Payroll calculates EPF, ESI, Professional Tax and TDS against your registrations, handles tax declarations and issues Form 16. Attendance and reimbursements arrive from People and Expense, so the inputs are already reconciled.
We migrate it. Employee masters, leave balances, salary history and open claims are mapped, cleaned and imported, then reconciled against your current records during a parallel run.
Supported biometric devices sync attendance into Zoho People. Payroll journals post to Zoho Books natively, and Tally or QuickBooks journal export is included in the Enterprise package.
It depends on the package and on how you phase the apps. Each app has its own plan, and we combine them into one go-live calendar in your proposal, counted from the day we receive your policies and data.
We stay through the first full cycle, including the first month-end close and payroll run, then move you to ongoing support for policy changes, new entities and added modules.
